    A The function of assessing the dynamics of glucose is currently in test mode. This feature isn't available for all users. Please contact our support to discuss the possibility of participating in testing if you are interested.

    A No, in fact my watch stopped working within 12 months of my purchase.

  5. Q Hi, I'm a 70 year old who only owns a flip phone--do I have to have a different phone for readings or are the readings on the device screen? Thanks
    A Hi,You need a smart phone for the device to work properly. It is true that the displays metric information on the GoBe2's screen.However, when it connects to a smartphone, the device downloads the data to your phone where it is processed by our algorithms which increase the accuracy of the device. As you wear the device, the accuracy continues to improve through this smartphone to device connection.
  6. Q Why isn't my device accurately reporting my steps?
    A I think you have to measure your steps and arms length and put it in you personal profile, but I don’t think it is very accurate anyway.
  7. Q Is the Gobe2 wateproof?
    A HEALBE customer care says that The band is waterproof up to 3 meters (9 ft. 10 in.). You can wear GoBe2 in the shower and in the pool, but not in the sea. Salted water may damage the device. Please note also that it is not recommended to press the GoBe2 on/off button underwater.

    A Never tried that. Guess it will look like prisoner tracker, lol
  9. Q Is it waterproof?
    A Hi Krista,The GoBe2 is IP68, which means that it can be submerged in up to 5 feet of water for 30 minutes. We do not recommend wearing it in chlorinated or salt water due to the metal plate on the back.

    A Yes it actually works. It's very informative. It definitely changed my eating habits, reinforces drinking water and keeping my hydration up and the sleep tracker is very useful.

    A You get a code with the device. You program the code into your app via your phone and it syncs with the wristband. I'm not very technical and I was able to do it.

    A I do not believe it contains nickel because I am allergic to nickel and didn’t not have a reaction to wearing the tracker.

  20. Q Is it really acuratevin calculate the calorie in and out !
    A No telling for sure, but it did not appear to be whatsoever. It would tell me I consumed calories and nutrients while I slept or times of day that I wasn’t eating. It was in way accurate in the counts for the day but the company said it was probably good stores being used by the body and that’s what it counted. This thing also had me at a negative basil metabolic rate of over -1000. This thing did not even monitor pulse correctly half the time nor while exercising. Hope this helps.

    A GoBe is designed to be worn on a wrist, as a watch. You can wear it on either arm and even on the inside of your wrist.As for ankle, it will be difficult even to attach the band to your ankle.   26. Q I basically want this so I know how many calories I consume per day (to try to lose weight). Is this pretty accurate?
    A I did a manual track the first week I wore it and I actually think it is more accurate, because I tend to fudge my numbers on portion size when manually calculating. Keep in mind it can take 1 to 4 hours to see the calories show up, I guess it has to do with what you eat and how fast your body takes it up.
  27. Q why does the watch not track sleep after 12pm even though I am sleeping? How many days can the program save data for sleep?
    A I don’t have an issue for the sleep tracking - 12 is the day division, so you might just have to go check the next day. I’m just figuring out the application, but when I log in using my computer it’s tracking multiple days there and you can view trends. You need to sync it every day for it to log into the app.
  28. Q What size wrist will this fit?
    A My wrist is small and bony so it was uncomfortable for a while. This size would be better on a larger wrist. But the only thing I do not love about it, so no problems here.
  29. Q Is anyone's gobe2 heart rate accurate during workouts? My hr is 140-180 while on the treadmill but my gobe says 105 at the max. Is mine broken?
    A Yes currently GoBe2 had limited detectability during a heavy workout as the heavy blood flow into the arms moving back and forryb fast interferes with the heart rate. Many wrist trackers have this issue. An update is coming to GoBe2 soon to estimate this better.
  30. Q Is the accuracy affected by a low-carb or keto diet? If so how? The website quickly mentions this.
    A Not this model at least. I was IN keto those two weeks when I am wearing it. It kept saying my carb intake is over 200 everyday.

    A Hello, thank you for your question.GoBe captures calories at a time when it's absorbed by the body, at the stage of nutrient get into the blood.Digestion time varies between individuals and depends on many factors, such as specificity of metabolism, previous meal, physical activity, health condition, taking medicines and nutritional supplements, etc. So the first portion of digested food may enter the blood after 15-30 minutes, and the main part of the incoming food - only after 3-4 hours, while the absorption period can be superimposed on the next meal. Depending on the composition of the products, 90% of the eaten can appear in the blood as after 1 hour (sweet, sugar) and after 9-10 hours (complex dishes with meat and garnish).The Healbe Team
  33. Q What happens if you take it off for a while? If I’m going out at night I can’t see myself wearing it
    A Hi, If you take the device off for a night, the calorie measurements would be inaccurate for part of that day. There is a delay between when calories are consumed and when they are digested, which the GoBe2 measures. What I personally do, is turn the GoBe2, so the face of the device is on the underside of my wrist rather than the top. This makes the profile much lower :)Thanks! Healbe Customer Care

  38. Q Is it useful if I want to start a low carb diet?
    A It seems to measure endogenous fat (ketone) consumption. I did a 16 hour fast keto adapted. Without any exogenous nutrtion (by mouth) the GoBe2 said that I at 16%fat 60%carbs and 24% protein. My guess is that my body fat was broken down into ketones and the Gobe sensors saw the breakdown process as macro nutrients. If that's actually true, then it's kind of novel. Am I correct SoBe folks?

It also uses a pulse wave sensor to measure your blood flow and heart rate, so it can tell when you're active and when you're not. This is a fairly short time, at which the bracelet will not receive the data about your body.   49. Q Would placing electrode gel on your skin under the watch be an option instead of cutting off circulation to your hand from putting it on so tightly?
