  12. Q How long does the battery last if continuous heart rate monitoring is on? Also is it backwards compatible with MiBand 2 straps?
    A Continuous heart rate monitor will only run for a couple of hours before it needs recharging. Good enough for a workout, but you would not want to run it all the time. But there are options to take heart rate readings periodically- like once every 5 minutes or once an hour to see trends over time. These have much less impact on battery life. It is not compatible with the Band 2 band. It is significantly larger.
  13. Q how real or accurate is the calorie counter and the step counter ?
    A Let me start by saying I love this fitness tracker... However it's accuracy in step counting is not very accurate at all. Despite this I would still highly recommend this especially considering its price.

    A Hi !! it has applications that can be installed on your phone to have these results, but the clock alone does not do this
  15. Q What is the circle button-looking thing on the screen?
    A Tapping the button engages the watch screen on mine. You can also swipe the screen left to right.

    A Mine was shipped from an Amazon Warehouse.
  17. Q My battery is only lasting 8 days between charges. How do I get longer battery life?
    A Using continuous heart rate seems to eat up more battery. I need a full charge about every 12-14 days. As an alternative I have also done mini charges when I take it off for bathing. This works out well too.

    A I think it does.

    A In terms of design, Fitbit offers more of a range of sizes, materials and customization. They are also generally sleeker, though Xiaomi does a good job of keeping things light and comfortable. Both allow you to add new straps or bands after you've bought the tracker module and both make devices that are easy to wear all day and in bed without getting heavy or cumbersome.Another benefit: Xiaomi tends to beat Fitbit on battery life with over a week and up to 20 days .

    A Yes you could turn it off just go to the app. Click the profile tab below and click settings Then turn off notifications. I think it doesn't like on websites.
